Anne Russell, E-learning Strategy Unit, DfES

Anne Russell is a consultant working in the e-learning Strategy Unit at the Department for Education and Skills .Previously she was Chief Executive of the ITNTO before it merged with e-business NTO to become e-skills NTO. She is a member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and the BCS and has spent many years working in the IT services Industry.
